While Strong Body SA offers individual training and coaching sessions, most clients benefit from a consistent training routine that lasts weeks or months. 

Strong Body SA provides discounts to clients committing to longer programs. We also have flexible payment plans that allow you to pay biweekly for packages over 4 weeks long.

We’ve heard the old adage that “It took more than a day to gain it. It’ll take more than a day to lose it,” and we all know it’s true. So the more time you invest in yourself, the closer you’ll be to becoming a healthier, happier person.

12 Week Jump Start

Includes 2 weekly at home personal training sessions, monthly calendars including all additional cardio and resistance training workouts to do on your own, suggestions on how to accurately track food and read food labels, once weekly food log review, once weekly email or phone consult if needed.

**Weekly meal plans can be added to this package at a discounted rate.

Buddy Up

Small Group Training

Offered every 4 weeks, group training provides an environment that allows you to lose weight, gain strength, and save money! Groups meet at a local park or gym facility once per week and are limited to 6 people. Each person is expected to bring their own set of light to medium dumbbells and a mat to each workout.

Baby’s on the Way

Includes prenatal resistance training and stretching program aimed at keeping mom physically fit during pregnancy so that the birthing process and post-natal recovery are easier on the body. Duration depends on mother’s due date. Pre-natal programs include 2 training sessions per week.

My First 5K / Half Marathon

12 to 16 week program guaranteed to take you from casual walker to 5K or Half Marathon finisher. Jennifer, Strong Body SA Owner and Head Trainer, has finished 2 full marathons and over 20 half marathons all after having back surgery in 2007. She can provide safe, fun, and effective walking and running programs to help you reach your goals! This program includes race selection, route planning, course support during long training runs as well as strength training that is essential for an endurance athlete. Clients will meet with the trainer 2 to 3 times per week dependent on goals and race date.

Match My Rate

Have you always thought that hiring a private personal trainer outside of a gym was too expensive? Think again!

Strong Body will match your current or proposed personal training contract from a national gym and give you MORE for your money!

The Match My Rate package provides Strong Body’s standard 50 minute workout sessions (even if you currently pay for 30 minute sessions) and includes suggestions on how to accurately track food and read food labels.

Individual Training Sessions

Individual Training Sessions range in price from $70 to 85 dependent on your exact location and our schedule.  Please email us for a quote at your exact training location.

On-location Group Training

In addition to training individuals, Strong Body SA also provides on-location group training, bootcamps, and Biggest Loser challenges for families, businesses, churches and corporations.

Because time and equipment commitments are much different for groups, please send a request to info@strongbodysa.com for quotes on these services.
