Strong Body San Antonio provides at-home and on-location personal training and wellness coaching for individuals and groups. We are certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
We provide realistic, easy to follow fitness and wellness plans that teach clients how to behave and succeed in real-world situations. We can make a Strong Body out of anyone!
